Polyprint Packaging is a New Zealand owned and operated company specialising in the conversion, custom printing and manufacturing of a diverse range of polythene film products. This includes low density, high density, linear low density, blended film, co-extruded film and films which are produced, custom printed and converted into a wide range of plastic bags & packaging products.
The products we manufacture include plain or custom printed film, stock bags, produce bags / wicketed bags, courier bags plain and printed, liners, flow wrap, form fill and seal film , barrier and warning tapes, agriculture film, spray guards, hide shrouds and industrial packaging for most applications.
We have manufacturing facilities in Auckland and Tauranga which are equipped with the latest technology in Flexographic printing, extrusion and conversion. We supply wide range of packaging products to our customers throughout New Zealand.
Our team of experienced staff has serviced our customers for over 30 years and can assist through-out the entire process including graphic design and printing, pre-press requirements to achieve the perfect package for your products.
Our modern, clean production facilities are HACCP certified and independently audited and verified by SGS Labs Ltd. The HACCP accreditation forms the basis of our quality system.
Raw materials are USFDA and EU certified compliant and supplied from leading manufacturers.
Manufacturing is batch controlled through our ERP system that also manages our day-to-day business activities such as accounting, procurement, customer order management, risk management, compliance and supply chain operations.
Polyprint are proud members of the Soft Plastic Recycling Scheme which is a voluntary product stewardship scheme that received accreditation by the Minister for the Environment in 2018.
All of Polyprint's products are 100% recyclable so we want to see recycling become widespread throughout New Zealand.
